Formed in 2021, SUMMONING HELLGATES emerged from the depths of the Madrid underground. From those early musical exchanges—and with backgrounds rooted in crushing bands such as Aversio Humanitatis and Sota de Bastos—a shared vision began to crystallize: spiritual
defiance, metaphysical decay, and ferocious sound.
This new entity erupts with a relentless, fiery blend of elaborate, forceful, and threatening black death. SUMMONING HELLGATES crafts its hymns with surgical intensity, drawing from themes such as cosmic desolation, self-negation, corporeal torment, and the dissolution of identity through ritual insight.
